Somers, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's cross country team opened its 2015 season placing second at the 36th Annual UW-Parkside Midwest Open at the Dannehl National Cross Country Course. The Eagles, ranked eighth in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Top-35 Preseason Poll, finished with 60 team points Saturday. UW-Parkside captured the team title with 35 points while UW-Oshkosh was third with 63. A total of 11 teams competed.
