New Orleans, La. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse finished third in the 2013-14 Deb Vercauteren Division III Women's Program of the Year Award standings, presented by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Wartburg College (Iowa) captured the Women's Program of the Year Award while Williams College (Mass.) placed second. The USTFCCCA Program of the Year Award is awarded annually to the most outstanding cross country/track & field programs in each of the three divisions for each gender in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
