New Orleans, La. - University of Wisconsin-La Crosse senior Skye Digman of Platteville (H.S.) has been selected the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) North Region Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year while UWL women's head coach Nickolas Davis has been named the North Region Outdoor Coach of the Year.
